Weight (Wait) Release using Life Management Tools is a course of study designed to support you as you work with applying new thoughts and behaviors toward creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Develop and grow your ability to consciously co create the body image you have for yourself. Learn how to change your internal image and apply new skills to transform your physical body to be in sync with your mind's image.

The Weight (Wait) Release lifestyle system includes recommended products and supplementation to help you achieve your goals.These tools will be discussed in the Introductory module of the Weight Release classes.
